• Language: Go
• CLI framework: Cobra + Viper
• Logging: zerolog
• Error wrapping: fmt.Errorf("context: %w", err)
• Prefer small, focused changes.
• Commit messages: follow Conventional Commits (e.g. fix(watch): debounce fsnotify events, docs: clarify commit convention).
