Other AI Features in Windows
- the following features cannot be disabled or removed via a script (unless further developments prove otherwise)
Note
Some of these are Copilot+ pc features and can possibly be disabled via the script however, I do not have one of these systems to test with
Gaming Copilot
Note
Ive added a registry key to disable gaming copilot from working properly, that being said these settings will not be accessible, simply unpin gaming copilot and it wont popup anymore
If you use Xbox Game Bar check and disable all the gaming copilot privacy settings
- Disable all the following settings found here:
OneDrive AI
If you use OneDrive (not recommended) there is an AI feature to scan images for facial recognition, you can find this setting by going to Settings > Privacy and permissions > Features > People Section
Windows Studio Effects

Recently, I added a method to disable AI voice effects for the mic
Check to see if this is working on your system
If you have a Copilot+ pc (a cpu with a npu) then you will have access to Windows Studio Effects.
These effects are AI powered features for the camera and mic.
- Make sure to check your camera and mic for these effects and disable:
