Update README.md about automount variable

Documentation references VIRTUAL_MEDIA as the environmental variable to search for the ISO to automount. The mountiso.sh script actually uses VIRTUAL_ISO to automount the ISO file; e.g. "xdotool type "/vmedia/$VIRTUAL_ISO""
