Fixes for PSScriptAnalysis report

- Fix `PSAvoidTrailingWhitespace`
- Fix `PSAvoidUsingWriteHost`
- Fix `PSAvoidUsingEmptyCatchBlock`
- Fix `PSUseShouldProcessForStateChangingFunctions`
> False positive, it does not touch the running system registry.

For `PSAvoidUsingPositionalParameters` i can add named parameters but it's not mandatory if positional is repected.
