feat: add 48 tools, fill descriptions, and fix TOC anchors
- Add 48 privacy tools across ~30 sections, each with a house-style description (incl. RapidRAW, TrailBase, age, Linkwarden, Grist, Baserow, Gitea, BTCPay, Cake Wallet, Amnezia, Open WebUI, LibreChat, Aider, Tabby, Stalwart, Dino/Gajim/Snikket, Marginalia, YaCy, RawTherapee, and more). - Add IMDb (libremdb) and Fandom (BreezeWiki) frontend subsections. - Flag Mycroft as inactive and add OpenVoiceOS as its successor. - Link kycnot.me VPS/VPN/general filters; rename Domain Registrar to Domains & Hosting. - Fill 18 previously description-less entries; rewrite SPN to drop the misleading "onion-routing" wording. - Fix format bugs: remove a leftover artifact and the dead Dictation and WebView TOC anchors, correct the VPNs anchor, and label the Search Engines avoid list.
